Greetings and Best Wishes for the Chinese New Year 4706 and Leap Year on Friday, February 29th, 2008

Attn. Friends, Colleagues, and Associates

Dear Friends, Colleagues and Associates:

Greetings and Best Wishes for the Chinese New Year 4706 and Leap Year on Friday, February 29th, 2008! My name is Gardenia C. Hung. I am an alumni from Northeastern Illinois University, Class of 1982. The good news is that the Translators Association of China has forwarded a letter of invitation to the XVIII World Congress of the International Federation of Translators (FIT) to be held in Shanghai, China during August 4-7, 2008--before the Beijing World Olympic Games. http://www.tac-online.org.cn/
Email: tac_china@yahoo.com
The Academic Committee of the Congress for FIT 2008 has accepted my proposal discussing “The Chinese concepts of “Shih” in Contrast to “Hsüe” in English for Translation and Cultural Diversity. I am still developing and researching my proposal before is due on 31 May 2008. I have already received FIT and TAC instructions to prepare the full presentation and documentation via email. In the past, I have successfully presented academic proposals which have been accepted and used for educational programs and other business applications in the State of Illinois, U.S.A, and around the world. However, since I have been planning to participate in XVIII World Congress of the International Federation of Translators (FIT) during August 4-7, 2009, I have a legal court matter in a Verified Complaint for Demolition and Injunctive Relief presented by the Village of Lombard Municipal Corporation, represented by Counsel Howard C. Jablecki from the Law Firm of Klein, Thorpe, and Jenkins, Ltd., and the presiding judge Kenneth L. Popejoy, from the Chancery Division, Room 2005, at the 18th Judicial Circuit Court in Wheaton, Illinois, USA.

I am a Lombard resident homeowner, Illinois taxpayer, and U.S. citizen. Last Monday, February 4th, 2008, at 10AM, Judge Ken Popejoy denied my Motion for Reconsideration to Dismiss and Strike the Verified Complaint for Demolition and for Injunctive Relief under false allegations by Counsel Howard C. Jablecki et al. that there is no new evidence, no new facts of law, and no legal grounds presented to reconsider the Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss and Strike the Verified Complaint. Judge Ken Popejoy ordered “to file an answer, any affirmative defenses and any counterclaims within 28 days, by March 3, 2008.” The status on a Preliminary Injunction Hearing and Case Action is set for March 19, 2008 at 9 a.m., Room 2005, in the 18th Judicial Circuit Court, 505 North County Farm Road, Wheaton, Illinois 60189-0707 USA. I have been filing Objections for abuse of the legal process, malicious prosecution, and obstruction of justice since new evidence has been filed for the preservation and restoration of the Lombard Historical Brick Bungalow owned by the Hung Family and the Estate of Mr. Roberto Hung, J.D. Supplemental Health Care Trust. Please note that the Village of Lombard, John and Eva Carpenter, the Lombard Police Department, Keith Steiskal, Chris Haneghan, and Robert G. Meyers are responsible for corruption, damages, and losses to my Lombard real estate property. As a communications media arts consultant, translator, interpreter, and Illinois Notary Public, I have worked at my house and home office under the registered business name of Communications, Languages & Culture, Inc. at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road, in the Village of Lombard, Du Page County, Illinois, USA.

These current circumstances and other constraints for demolition, injunctive relief, and financial hardship, and family distress during 2008, are imposed by the Village of Lombard and Du Page County, in the State of Illinois and in the United States of America, which prevent me and hinder my professional life, academic endeavors, and research projects…as a Lombard resident homeowner, taxpayer, and U.S. citizen. I am requesting your professional support, intervention, and assistance to overcome the Verified Complaint for Demolition and for Injunctive Relief presented by the Village of Lombard and the County of Du Page, so that I may fulfill my professional and business obligations, academic commitments, and research plans during 2008, as a Lombard resident homeowner, taxpayer, and U.S. citizen here in the Village of Lombard, in the County of Du Page, and around the world—for the present, future, and beyond... Please advise.

Thank you for your thoughtfulness, mindfulness, and caring concern for my family problems, challenges, and imposed financial hardship in the Village of Lombard, Du Page County, in the State of Illinois, and in the United States of America.

I look forward to your professional and academic response, assistance and intervention.

Sincerely Yours,

Gardenia C. Hung, M.A., B.A.
